Privacy Policy
Litework is operated by EH Exchange LLC. Litework builds and runs websites, online ordering and staff dashboards for small local businesses. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have.
Who this covers
This policy covers litework.tech, the websites and online stores we run for the businesses we work with, and the staff dashboard at ezdash.app.
When you order from, book with or sign up with one of those businesses, the business decides how your information is used, and we handle it on the business’s behalf. The business’s own policies apply too.
What we collect
- Orders and bookings: your name, email address, mobile number, what you ordered or booked, who is picking it up, and whether you asked for an order-ready text, with the wording you agreed to.
- Email and text lists: your email address or mobile number, and the wording you agreed to when you joined.
- Business staff: names and sign-in details for the staff dashboard.
- Messages to us: whatever you send when you contact us.
- Technical data: basic details such as IP address and browser type, kept in server logs to run the service and keep it secure.
Card numbers go straight to the business’s payment provider. We never see or store them.
How we use it
- To take and track your order or booking, and tell you when it’s ready.
- To send the emails and texts you asked for.
- To show the business its own orders, customers and lists.
- To keep the service working and secure.
We do not sell personal information.
Text Messages (SMS)
Some businesses that use Litework send update texts through us. If you tick “Text me about my orders, repairs and lessons” on their website, or say yes when their staff ask at the counter, Litework sends you texts from our toll-free number, on the business’s behalf, about your orders, repairs and lessons: ready for pickup, shipped, booked, the day before, moved, cancelled, a student form to fill in, or a link to pay. The box is optional and unticked until it’s ticked. We keep the words you agreed to and when, and for a yes at the counter, which staff member recorded it. Each text names the business and Litework.
- We do not send marketing texts from this number.
- Frequency varies: one text per update.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also turn texts off in your account.
- We never sell or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We share them only with the business you deal with, and with the provider that delivers our texts.

Who we share it with
- The business you ordered from, booked with or signed up with.
- Providers that run parts of our service: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), text messages (Twilio), and the business’s payment provider, such as Clover or Stripe. They may use it only to provide those services.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order, booking and customer records while the business uses Litework, so it can look up past orders. We delete them when the business asks us to, or after it stops using Litework.
Your choices
- Leave an email list with the link at the bottom of any email.
- Stop texts by replying STOP.
- To see, correct or delete your information, contact the business, or email us at hello@litework.tech. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights over your information; we’ll help you use them.
Children
Our services are not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
