Terms of Service
Litework is operated by EH Exchange LLC. Litework builds and runs websites, online ordering and staff dashboards for small local businesses. These terms apply when you use litework.tech, a website or online store we run for a business, or the staff dashboard at ezdash.app.
Orders and bookings
When you buy from or book with a business through a site we run, your purchase is with that business, not with Litework. The business sets its prices, stock, pickup times, returns and refunds.
Payments go through the business’s payment provider. We never see or store card numbers.
Text messages (SMS)
- What they are: Litework update texts, sent from our toll-free number on behalf of businesses that use Litework. Each text names the business and Litework.
- How you get them: only by ticking “Text me about my orders, repairs and lessons” on the business’s website (at checkout, when you book or ask for a lesson, register as a student, or book a repair, or in your account), or by saying yes when the business’s staff ask “Can we text you updates about your orders, repairs and lessons?” at their counter. The box is unticked until you or they tick it, and nothing needs it.
- What we send: your order is ready for pickup or has shipped; your repair is ready; your lesson or appointment is booked, coming up tomorrow, moved or cancelled; a link to fill in a student form before a first lesson; a link to pay for a lesson. We don’t send marketing texts from this number.
- How often: it varies, one text per update, usually one to four per booking.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Stopping them: reply STOP at any time, or turn texts off in your account. We’ll send one text to confirm a STOP, then no more.
- Help: reply HELP, or email hello@litework.tech.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using our sites
Please don’t misuse them: no unlawful use, false information, attempts to get into accounts or systems that aren’t yours, or anything that disrupts the service for others.
Businesses we work for
Our work for each business, including what it pays us, is covered by a separate written agreement with that business.
Our responsibility
We work to keep our sites running and accurate, but we provide them as they are and can’t promise they’ll always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Litework isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
